"Read Failed" error occurs in GR IDE

I developed a product that is based on RL78/G13's 20 pin IC, now when I program it using GR KURUMI' IDE I received an error saying "Read failed" but it detects my board

what could be the reason behind it? is there any need for configuration that needs to be done?

I have already replicated GR KURUMI's board and developed my own using 52pin RL78/G13 which was successful.
