Arduino based timer library like TimerOne is not included and i dont know how to access timer register directly for 'rzalu'
Is there any files need to include for this library or any header files to access register directly.

Were you able to find an alternative solution for this? Are you attempting to use PWM or periodic interrupt function? Have you checked the Time and MsTimer2 libraries, maybe you can use them.
