M16C/5LD - error 17502

Hi All,

I need some help with flashing the R5F35633DFF. On board I have a socket for programming (VCC; GND; RESET; CNVSS; P64; P65 through 330R; P66 through 330R; P67; P85; P86). I have connected the pins like described in the E8a Emulator Additional Document for User's Manual, page 10:

1 - PIN27 - P65 CLK1
2 - GND
3 - PIN3 - CNVSS
4 - N.C.
5 - PIN25 - P67 TXD1
6 - GND
7 - N.C.
8 - VCC
9 - PIN28 - P64 RTS1/CTS1
10 - GND
11 - PIN26 - P66 RXD1
12 - GND
13 - PIN6 - RESET
14 - GND

Unfortunately after trying to flash the unit, I get the error 17502. CNVSS stays low. Board is being powered using the E8a; the power is coming in.

I didn't connect P85; P86, perhaps this is the problem but I don't see any information about it in the user's manual.

Any ideas what am I doing wrong?
