8V97051L V_CP power consumption vs ICP

Question

Hi. 
 The 8V97051L datasheet specifies 21 mA as typical current consumption for the V_CP rail. This is when ICP is set to 0.31 mA. 
 How much will V_CP's current consumption increase if ICP is set to 5 mA? I don't need an exact figure but it would help if I knew that it increases by 1, 10 or 100 mA.

 It is directly relative - the current draw will increase by roughtly 4mA.

 Icp is charge pump current. Icp is programmable from 310&mu;A to 5mA. 
 
 increasing the charge pump current to ICP~5mA (ICP setting = 1111 or 16 times the normal charge pump current). The combination of the R4 and R5 in parallel is 1/4 * Rs.
