In the User's manual it's said that by default this code is all 1s If you didn't change it, you can try this value. By the way, what MCU are you using?

I use Synergy S5D9,  1s didn't work, I think this chip maybe have been set some security reg, can I erase the full chip?

All 1's is the default, but you have to enter in in Hex with 'FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF' (without the quotes)

There are several security bits. Depending on what is set you can erase it or not.

If it it erasible you have to enter an incorrect code 3 times, then it erases itself completely.

I don't know if entering the incorrect code 3 times works with normal download, I do this with the Renesas Flash Programmer
