Question

I try to download the FW by JLink, by it pop a window, as below, how to get the ID CODE?

Hello Jali, 
 You can also try to use the "ALeRASE" code (414C6552415345FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF) to erase the full chip. You can read about it more at page 112 of the S5D9 User's Manual https://www.renesas.com/us/en/document/mah/s5d9-microcontroller-group-users-manual?r=1054626
