Programming the flash in SH72531(R5F72531FPU)

Hello. In the near future I will need to try to program RAM 64 kb in this processor sh72531. What kind of emulator should I use for this type of processor? Will E8A be enough for me?

Thank you for your answer. Tell me which software I can perform this task. Do I see that PDT doesn’t read this area separately, or should it be separated from the full flash?

I'm sorry, my answer was wrong.
E8a and the software FDT (www.renesas.com/.../flash-development-toolkit-programming-gui.html) are used to program the flash on Sh7253x devices. It cannot program RAM.
The bootloader in SH7254x used by E8a to communicate to the device also uses RAM for operation. I have no idea which address range it uses.
I think it is possible to use E10A-USB (www.renesas.com/.../e10a-usb.html) with the debugger in HEW (www.renesas.com/.../D3012498.html) for downloading data to RAM, but I have never tried this.
