This is a very old tool which is already discontinued. I'm not sure if you can still get this as only upgrades are available on the website. But you can try asking from Renesas Technical Support.

As JB stated this is very very old. I am checking with the main office in Japan to see if it is still available. I suspect the answer will be no.
