Hi Team,
I am using the DA14531 IC WLCSP package without any external memory to support it, I tried to make the system into hibernation mode to reduce the power consumption of my system but the system is not getting into hibernation mode.
I tried RAM hibernation later I will change it to OTP hibernation by referring to the Renesas hibernation mode documents, but it is not getting into hibernation mode system by referring to power consumption I'm saying this is the system is consuming around 700uA consumption. The wakeup mechanism is through pin P0_1, this is configured as input pullup.
Please provide any suggestions to fix this issue in DA14531.
Let me know if you need any further information
Thanks,

1, how do you exactly test the Hibernation mode. with or without the debugger?
2, 7. Hibernation Mode configuration — DA1453x & DA1458x Tutorial Sleep Modes (renesas.com) here has some details about testing.
3, Please show your schematic if it's possible.
4, which SDK you are using?
Thanks

Hi JH,
1. I tested without debugger.
2.I referred this document also.
3. Sorry, I can't share the schematic.
4. SDK 6.0.16.1144
Hi Nambirajan,
Thanks for your info.
1, Please update your SDK version to the latest one.
2, as I have tested on version 6.0.20.1338, there only 222nA in hibernation Mode. Based on the tutorial.
3, please check the circuit for power consumption.

Jason
Hi Jason,
Sure, Thanks for the response.
I'll update that and check this.
