Issue with 1V8F Power Rail in DA14706 SoC Custom Design

I'm reaching out regarding an issue I've encountered with the DA14706 SoC in my custom board.

Specifically, the 1V8F Power rail, which is internally connected to 1V8P, is providing a 2.74V output supply instead of the expected 1.8V.

To troubleshoot this issue, I've conducted several scenarios:

  • I removed the Flash from the board to eliminate any potential cause of the voltage rail discrepancy, but the results remained consistent.
  • I noticed that after providing a load of >22mA, the voltage output drops to 1.8V and remains stable until the full load capacity of this voltage rail is reached.

However, my system does not consume this much power (22mA) on the 1V8F power rail, and all other output supplies are performing well, providing the desired voltage levels.

The exact part number I've used is DA14706-00000HZ2CT-ND.

Below is the Power Management Unit architecture picture for reference where it is clearly stated that 1V8F Voltage rail is Enabled by Hardware.
