HI community supporters and users.
I'm trying to install 'SmartBond Flash Programmer' on my office computer for DA14531 program flash.
But, It is not installed normally due to the blocking caused by the company's firewall problem during the installation process.
i tryed uninstall and install with administration right several times, but it doesn't work.....TT
After i install 'SmartBond Flash Programmer', only that component are installed that are really lack for SW running as you can see in pic.
As a result of contacting the company's security team, it is possible that the firewall is set on the server that receives the data during the installation process.
If you know the URL or IP server of the server that receives the data during the installation process, please reply.
Or please let me know Some ways to solve This problem....TT

Please open the Command Prompt with Administrative Rights. Then go on the folder where the SmartBond Flash Programmer installer is placed and execute it via the Command Prompt.

Unfortunately, this is something that we could not share. Please try again via Command Prompt (with Admin Rights) and if that does not work, please ask your company's IT to disable briefly your Firewall.Best Regards,OV_Renesas
