PTX30W PTX130W revision not supported

Question

The PTX30W receiver PCB has an issue while trying to connect it to the software.

Can you help to solve the issue?

Hi There, Thank you for posting your question online and apologies for the delay. Your private ticket regarding this matter has been closed. In order to inform all the members of the community: This is caused by an old firmware of the PTX30W. The issue will be sorted out by using the OEM Flash tool (download from the product page) and flashing the OEM parameters. This process will also update the microcode of the sample.
