Watchdog timer expired in DA16600

I want to use DA16600 customer for my project, and I successfully flashed the all three images. After that S/W Reset is happening and its happening in loop. I flashed DA16600_IMG_FreeRTOS_ATCMD_UART2_EVK_v3.2.8.1_4MB image  and I included the response I got in terminal with it. Thankyou in advance.
